Leon “Lee” Novak started his career in Real Estate in the Philadelphia area, working part-time as a Realtor and working full-time as a school administrator. He earned a B.S. in Education from Penn State University and a M.A. in Educational Media from Villanova University. After working for 37 years in education, he retired to Naples, FL. in 1993 and found his “Paradise” here!
Lee got his Florida Real Estate License in 2000 and began selling and listing Residential Rental Real Estate in the Naples area. His career here began with Coldwell Banker Realty and moved on to Downing Frye Realty, Sun Realty, Inc. and now proudly offering ONESource Services at Naples Realty Services. During the past 12 years he earned a “GRI” designation in the Real Estate field.
He has lived for the past 20 years in a very prestigious community in Naples called Lely Resort Country Club and has sold and listed many homes there. Lely Resort C.C. has won the “Sand Dollar Community of the Year Award” for the past 3 years because of the quality of new home construction and the many amenities it has to offer.
