My daughter and I moved to Cape Coral 7 years ago from Illinois and every day feels like a dream come true living in paradise! I have been selling real estate for the last 5 years here in SW Florida and feel blessed to be healthy and happy here living the dream. Prior to becoming a realtor my career was financing homes for 27 years with local banking institutions. This financing back ground is a bonus for my customers and helps avoid problems getting loans closed and giving advise on how to prepare your home to avoid problems with appraisals or inspections. I enjoy working in the field after so many years of being in the office and love the challenge of finding the perfect home at the right price for all my buyers and getting the most money in the least amount of time for my sellers. My passion for animals is deep and I enjoy gardening in my spare time.
